Greetings! I’m Susan DiFelice, a lifelong equestrian and professional illustrator based in North Carolina, USA. With a BA in Fine Art, I started my career 25 years ago painting horse portraits. I went back to school for Graphic Design, and worked as a designer and illustrator for large corporate entities and university campuses. However, my true passion lies in equestrian art and illustration which prompted me to transition into designing for
equestrian products and businesses.

Currently, I enjoy creating surface design patterns tailored specifically for equestrian brands, as well as providing custom illustrations for professionals within the equestrian
industry. With a focus on editorial illustration, I also specialize in serving equestrian businesses, riding schools, educators, and authors.

I created and illustrated Allpony, Horsemanship for Kids, which is an educational website aimed at teaching children about horses and horsemanship through interactive courses, games, quizzes, and printables. It has grown to be a recognized brand in the equestrian world and has become a learning resource for over a million equestrians worldwide. Allpony won a 2023 American Horse Publications award for excellence in the Equine Media Website category. In addition, I created and illustrated a children's activity book titled "Horses & Ponies Activity Book: Introduction to Horses & Horseback Riding," which has been honored with awards from Academics Choice and Reader's Favorite.
